My Problem: I installed the Game Oblivion with wine, installed also DirectX9 with winetricks (just the dll), and modified some graphics-related registry settings. I'm not entirely sure if it's just the water shader that's disappearing or if more effects are being dropped as well, but the most noticeable effect is that the water goes from nicely textured and rippling to completely smooth as glass and slightly distorted around the edge of the screen. Tried installing OR into a completely vanilla Oblivion-the 'bug' is still present.
